From the time of his arrival until 1981, Mr. Hauser was responsible for the development and for the construction of Cinnamon Reef Resort--at the time, Cinnamon Reef was Anguilla’s largest private sector employer.

From 1981 until 1986, Mr. Hauser was responsible for the management and operation of the newly completed hotel - Anguilla's first world class luxury resort. During that time Mr. Hauser was elected President of the Anguilla Hotel and Tourism Association--the first Non-belonger to hold that influential post.

In 1987, Mr. Hauser relocated to Boston, Massachusetts, where he lived for two years. While in Boston, he enrolled at Harvard's Graduate School of Design, earning a Professional Development Degree in Architecture.

Thereafter he was employed by Turner Construction, where he was responsible for all critical path items on a major down town office building, with special focus on the coordination of the Italian marble and granite interiors and exteriors.

In 1988, Mr. Hauser enrolled at MIT (the Massachusetts Institute of Technology), where he earned a Master's Degree from the prestigious Center for Real Estate Development, graduating near the top of his class.

In 1989, Mr. Hauser returned to Anguilla to his wife and child, and began his career as an entrepreneur. Since returning, Mr. Hauser has established six firms of which he is currently managing director, i.e. Professional Realty Services (Anguilla) Ltd and Professional Villa Services (Anguilla) Ltd, which represent Sotheby's International Realty; Professional Courier Services (Anguilla) Ltd and Professional Business Services (Anguilla) Ltd which represent FedEx / Kinko's; Professional Digital Services (Anguilla) Ltd, which represents Xerox and Brother; Professional Corporate Services (Anguilla) Ltd. which incorporates International business companies for international clients and is an approved ACORN agent.

In addition, Mr. Hauser writes a regular column on Real Estate that is published in Anguilla Life, and has been featured for his renovation of historic West Indian buildings.

In 1991, the Government of Anguilla granted Mr. Hauser Anguillian Belonger status; in 1994 he was granted British Dependent Territory Citizenship; in 1995, the Court appointed him as a Commissioner for Oaths.
